The photos are almost unbelievable. I am shocked. It does appear that the water is coming down. Is it supposed to crest again? Any idea?
Thanks for keeping us updated.
I think it's supposed to crest again today. I don't know if it's expected to be higher than the flash flood crest or not, though.
