When I was in the grocery store on Sunday, a package of tenderized pork cutlets jumped out of the display and into my cart. I saw mouth-watering visions of what could happen to this package with the aid of a bit of flour, salt, pepper, and some hot oil. So I let it come home with me.
And with all of my Southern heritage, I'm so glad I did.
