How adorable! I need more kids to make a better layout. LOL Also, how amazing that you are together enough to make a Christmas card, I'm barely able to get pitures of two kids where they are clean and dressed in clothes that match!

Well, Kolbi, you notice that none of them are together! ;-) This type of Christmas picture sprang from my decision to stop pulling my hair out to get a picture of all of them together that was just "perfect."

What I do is this... in November, I start going through our pictures from the year and picking out ones that include nice shots of the kiddos. After I go through the whole year picking out shots and copying them to a new folder, I then crop the pictures to face shots (usually) and save those as new files in the folder. Then we go through and pick shots for everyone.

So, the moral of the story is that their clothes don't even need to match! And a little peanut butter on the face has made it into our postcard before. :-)

I use a free program called Gimp2 to put it all together - I'm still learning how to use it, but it's a great program. Especially for free!
